Upon registration Omniworkout has gathered enough information to create Workouts for you. At any time you can update your settings (schedule, gym, profile, exercises) to better suit your needs.
How to Approach Workout Output
Find your starting point of exercises per workout
Maintain good form throughout workout
Do workouts as fast as possible, and try to adhere to Rest Periods or Skip Them
Don't deviate from prescribed sets and reps unless too easy or too hard.
You'll find that the mixture of the workouts will sometimes make things
harder than you thought they would be.
If workouts become easy revisit the 'How to Manage Your Workout Output'
section and modify your settings to get a more fulfilling workout
